First placement pass
Use the first map as a diagnostic tool.
- Place early damage where enemies stay in range.
- Add coverage before the base if leaks happen late.
- Do not cluster every unit where only one small path section is covered.
- Watch a full wave before moving everything.
- Upgrade after the placement test.
Leak fixes
A leak tells you what to fix next.
- Early leaks usually need better first-contact damage.
- Late leaks need backup near the base or better upgrades.
- Boss-like pressure needs stronger sustained damage, not random selling.
- If every wave leaks, roll or upgrade before pushing worlds.
- If only one enemy leaks, adjust placement before rerolling.
Co-op placement
Max players is four, so friends can help if roles are clear.
- Do not all spend on the same weak path section.
- Call the leak point.
- Let one player test upgrades while another watches base pressure.
- Use the same world as the comparison test.
- Move to the next world only after the group can repeat the clear.
